Debbie was a fierce advocate and passionate educator who shared her wisdom and knowledge for nearly 38 years with EVSC students, teachers, and administrators. She taught elementary and middle school, was a curriculum expert, a district coach, and a supervisor. Teachers from the EVSC, the state, and the nation benefited from her professional development workshops and leadership. Moreover, Debbie served in leadership roles in the Association at the local, state, and national levels.

Debbie believed that every educator should be afforded the opportunity to attend professional development because it keeps teachers up to date on new curriculum resources, new findings on how children learn, and new technological tools for the classroom.

We have raised $20,000 to fund Debbie’s dream but we need your help.  We need to raise $5,000 to turn her dream into reality.  Your donation will enable teachers to pay for registration, transportation, and travel expenses for professional development of their choosing.

Please help us to make Debbie’s dream come true.
